
ADMISSION
PROCEDURE
Admissions are offered strictly on merit basis
and counseling. Decision of admission committee,
which is constituted as under, shall be final
and binding :
1. Director
2. Principal
3. Admission Co-ordinator
4. Manager
HOW AND WHEN TO APPLY
1. Candidates are required to submit the “Application
for Admission” form attached at the end
of prospectus or can be downloaded from website
before expiry of the last date.
2. Within ten days of receipt of the completed
admission form in this office, you will receive
“Provisional Admission Order”. You
are required to follow the instructions given
in it.
3. If the U.C.T.B.M.S. admission committee,
headed by the director nominates you for the
course applied, you are required to deposit
your fee within ten days of receipt of this
order.
5. The admission will be made strictly on merit
basis and personal Interviews.
SEAT RESERVATION
1. Reservation of seats will be as per rules
of the state government.
2. In case the seats remain vacant after expiry
of time given to candidates of the second list,
seats shall revert back to the general category.
WEIGHTAGE
Special weightage of 2 marks in the merit list
will be given to:
1. Recipients of N.C.E.R.T. National Award.
2. Holders of N.C.C. “B” or “C”
certificates.
3. Distinguished sports person who have participated
at state level tournament.
4. Students who have passed 10+2 level examination
from rural areas (excluding public/boarding
school students).
5. Female candidates.
6. Wards of martyrs of Uttarakhand Movement.
7. Wards of war widows.
PAYMENT OF FEES
1. FOR FRESH STUDENTS:
- Fee and other dues must be paid by
the candidate selected for admission by the
date given. If any candidate fails to pay the
fees by the grace period, his/her selection
for admission will automatically stand cancelled
and the vacancies so caused will be filled in
form the candidates next in order.
2. FOR OLD STUDENTS:-
Fees and other dues, must be paid by all the
students by the last date specified, failing
which :
a) They will be required to pay fine of Rs.
50/- per day for subsequent 15 days.
b) Thereafter on the sixteenth day, the name
of the defaulting student shall be struck-off,
which shall be revoked only after payment of
fine Rs. 2000/-.
c) The University examination fee has to be
submitted before 30th Dec. for annual examination.
The fee for supplementary examination has to
be submitted within 15 days of the
deceleration of the result by the University.

HOW TO APPLY FOR HOSTEL ACCOMMODATION
:
All those who desire to avail hostel facilities,
may fill up the hostel accommodation form and
forward it along with the application for admission.
